Selling a mobile home or camper without all the paperwork may sound complicated, but for a professional buyer it is all in a day's work. In Belgium, the rules for private sales are strict: you usually need a registration certificate, a certificate of conformity (COC), and an inspection certificate for sale. Yet many mobile homes end up with us with missing documents. This can happen, for example, because they were inherited, imported, or simply because the folder with papers has been lost over the years.

Because we are a licensed buyer and often export or dismantle vehicles for parts, certain obligations no longer apply. A pre-sale inspection is not required, and a missing COC is not an issue.
