In models with an Alde system, a cold radiator usually points to a faulty circulation pump or an air lock in the circuit. So first check whether the display shows a fault code and whether the 12V supply is stable, because without onboard voltage no heater will start.
The most common causes are an empty gas tank, a faulty circuit board, a blocked burner or a problem with the 12V supply. Sometimes it is a simple setting, but equally a costly part may be broken. A thorough diagnosis is therefore the first step.
